Creation Technologies operates nine manufacturing facilities with over 400,000 square feet, 25 SMT lines and over 1,800 employees. Each facility maintains the same equipment processes and training to ensure consistent, transferable services and capabilities.

Each manufacturing facility operates as its own business unit with full responsibility and accountability for profit and loss. Business Units contain no more than 350 people, are responsible for 10 to 20 customers and run at no more than 80% capacity. Each business unit is assigned specific customers and each customer has its own dedicated Customer-Focused Team.
